The Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Notice of the Right to Cancel.
Under the above regulations you have the right to cancel the contract with Stacks & Stoves during a period of 14 Calendar days from the day the notice is sent or given to you. During that period if you choose to cancel the contract any money paid by you will be refunded .
However if you have already given written approval for the work to begin before the end of the cancellation period you may be required to pay for goods or services already provided.
If you wish to cancel the contract you must do so in writing and deliver personally or send (which may be by electronic mail or post) this to Stacks & Stoves.
Please note that all discounts will only be honoured up to and including the due date on the invoice if paid in full, after this time the full amount will be due.
We will endeavour to keep to any quotes/estimates given, written or verbal, however we carry out any work that is needed other than originally quoted/estimated to the value of ten percent, after this you will be advised verbally and if you wish we will reissue the quotation/estimate. You will have been advised that sometimes unforeseen problems can be discovered and these then have to be resolved.
A Quotation/Estimate is valid for 31 days, Every effort will be made to keep quotes/estimates the same, however this will often be at the hands of our supplier.
If Scaffolding is required Stacks & Stoves can either leave this to you/recommend a suitable supplier/For a 10% administration charge organize for you.
We ask for 20% deposit on all works carried out above £500, this is refundable if work is carried out, however any materials ordered that we are unable to get fully refunded will be deducted from your refund.
All Materials are the property of Stacks & Stoves until payment has been made in full.
All waste materials are the responsibility of the Customer as Customers can dispose of materials cheaper than commercial customers. Stacks & Stoves can assist with recommendations to assist with this.
Please note that you will be charged 3% interest in accordance with OFT guidance until the account is settled in full, you will also be held liable for any associated charges .
Any queries or complaints should be raised at the earliest opportunity, so that they can be resolved quickly.
Please note that any advice is given in good faith and other peoples and or other companies will also be able to give advice, that is not to say that we or they are correct.
Please note that during a Sweep we will test the Battery on your alarm, this is not a test to see that the alarm is in full working order.
